Is it more difficult to find accomodation in jan feb Nov 24, 2005
Is it that DUbai sees a lot of visitors in Jan and Feb and it it difficult or expensive to get accommmodation at this time?

If you're talking hotels, rates can be 3-4 times the normal rates. Eg Crown Plaza normall around AED450/night => AED1,400/night after Jan 20th.

you can always try renting a villa/service appartment for a month...

rental prices don't know if they jump up bcoz of new years/jan...
