Looking For A Studio Or 1 BR Close To DIC

Looking for a studio or 1 BR close to DIC Feb 23, 2008
I would soon be moving to Dubai, working at DIC.

My budget is 60,000 ~ 70,000 Dhs. I am looking for a studio apartment with car parking at area close to DIC. Jebel Ali or Satwa?

If my budget is less for these areas, will I be able to find accommodation for a studio with car park in Karama?

I have a room in my villa for rent .Location is near iranian hospital
Fully furnished .I can provide laundy ,room cleaning , covered carpark and wifi
