LEAVING AN APARTMENT

Hi all,

I have paid 105k rent up front, as you do, however, I now need to move out of the flat before the rent period is up (may be leaving the country!!).

Does this mean I lose the remaining rent??? Or can I get it back off the Landlord???

Any advice is much appreciated.

To be honest, you'll probably lose it. Unless you find someone to take over the lease and get them to pay you the difference.
