I have noticed a lot of houses in Dubai are not being used for residential purposes but for other puposes such as medical centers, dental services, schools, beauty salons and a whole heap of other things.
Is there any particular reason for this? I know that this is also done in other countries, but there are so many here in Dubai! Is it cheaper for them to set up in a house?
