Hello,
I was recently offered a position in a top tier management consulting firm in Dubai but was not offered a housing allowance. Are housing allowances still offered to expatriates or is this becoming less common now?

Many companies now simply add it to your overall salary.
Around 7K per month for a 1bhk, 10K for a 2 bhk and around 15-20K for a small villa is normally whats rents are like
