Hotel Apartment In Dubai

Hi,
I am about to book one week holiday in a Hotel Apartment in Dubai at either Exclusive Hotel Apartments, MiNC - Waterfront Hotel Apartments both of them in Bur Dubai.

Is the area nice for European people and do you know any of those Hotel Apartments??

check expedia, they have pretty good info bout those hotel apts.
I'm about to book for 3 weeks in one in Bur Dubai
