If I am in your situation, i won't waste my time. I'd rather find a community that fits my lifestyle. Again lifestyle means COST.
If you think you belong to class AAA (high-end markets) then rent a place that suits you. Hmm..class AAA don't whine about these things, as they are busy with their businesses and will just pay whatever rents.
