Hey all,
I'll be renting out one of the rooms in my 3Br Springs Villa. It is a villa to be shared by just two people. Preferbly a female westerner, I'm a 32year old, easy going, Dutch guy.... Whole place is furnisched exept for the room I'm renting out. 3rd room is guest room and is for friends and family of both. Villa is next to pool and has a nice location. Rent will be 3250 Dhs including everything ( Tv, internet, maid, gas, water etc.) No short term, moving in possible as of today.
