I'm in Dubai for 6 weeks for a placement in the American hospital and need a place to stay

My budget is ~Dhs.8500 for the 6 weeks but I can stretch it if I have to. Ideally want a nice clean studio apartment with internet access and on-site gym. I know there's not much close to the hospital itself so I don't mind somewhere which is on a main road from where I can get a taxi each day....
