i have moved to a 2 bedroom in dubai marina three months ago. after paying my DEWA bills, the billding managment want me to pay 800DHS for chiller cost (A/C). they say its for two month usage although i was traveling for one of the two month they menssion. so basikly my one month usage of chiller is 800DHS in addition to the 400DHS i payed DEWA.
anyone living in Marina is experincing the same thing. do you pay chiller cost?? what is the monthly average??
