Calculator To Work Out What Your 2009 Rent Cap Is ...

Here's a Dubai rent cap calculator which I think is working right. Look up rent range for the area (links are there), enter the low and high values, and the rent you're paying from 2008, and hey presto, you find out the maximum price rise you could be smacked with in 2009.
