I would be happy if smebdy cud help me to find out one descent amd hygenic bachelor accmdation(sharing) somewhrere near karama or Khalid bin Waleed metro station...

Hi, How much would be the rent for one accomo in Karama.

There are some groups in Bur Dubai , kind of small un registered real estate brokers, they does this room renting job. They rent the full apartment in cheap price and then rent out individual rooms or bedspaces out to bachelors. You can easily find single room from AED 1700 to AED2500 furnished -semi furnished.

Though there could be one month advance in rooms cases but Sharing accomodation is pay and live type, Your point of having a hygenic apartment depends on you brother. because bachelors accomodation are rarely hygenic.
