i'm in contact with a building owner in International City in the France Cluster.

Here are the details of the property owned:

there are about 50+ residential units and 23 commercial units available for rent.

market price for the studios is between 40-45k and for 1b/r is between 52-57k.

the owner is stating that rent for studio's at 45k (4 cheuqes acceptable) and for 1b/r at 56k (4 cheuqes acceptable)

and for the 23 commercial units, the price is at 90 per sqft.
