Hi I am a single Western male working in the airport and currently looking for accomodation somewhere relatively near to there. I have already seen a few posts with a similiar question and been searching but and getting a bit overwhelmed with all the information and looking for a few specifics. My housing allowanace is 4,000 per month. Where is the nest place to look and would I get a studio/1 br for this or am i better to share? Also what is a 1br/hall? I need to find someplace in the next 2-3 weeks

If you're working close to the airport, try looking around for studios around Gharoud, or mirdiff/rashidya

I dont know about 1 bedroom, but you should easily find a studio apartment or room share in a villa within your allowance in these areas near the airport..
