Hey,

Can anybody advice where should I look for a flat if I want it to be up to 30 minutes commute to Emirates Towers.

Is there any chance to get something decent (1 bedroom) for 90k AED in such area?

30 minutes is anywhere. Bur Dubai, karama, or ven the greens/al barsha as youll be going against the traffic

90K is a good budget. You can easily find a 1 bdrm apt in Dubai Marina or Greens for this price. If you check the Properties of Gulf News you will find 1 bdrm apartments in Marina for 85K. Esp. through real estate agencies. Just be alert and do negotiate!

Greens is further from emirates towers. Jumeirah is much closer and ofcourse shaikh zayd rd, where a 1 bdrm flat ranges from 90-110K. You'll be 5-10min from emirates towers.

Another good area which is very close to the Emirates Towers is Al Diyafa. Rents are cheaper there.

Another plus for Al Diyafa is that there are loads and loads of restaurants that you can visit
