is qatar airways a good airline to travel from dubai to washington dc,i mean flight is on time,and service wise etc

The last time I flew with them was with a business class ticket. When I came back via Doha, the business class lounge refused entry to me because the Doha-Dubai sector aircraft didn't have a business class section. I sent a letter of complaint, got an unsatisfactory response, and stopped flying Qatar Airways after that.
