Their transfer budget will be less than City's for sure. A lot of shafted Hydra investors would rather that Dr. Al Fahim try to devote his time to ensuring Hydra delivers stuff on time (instead of delaying and subsequently increasing prices) instead of buying football clubs !

Sulaiman al Fahim and Hydra ....plus his football interest in Manchester City are mentioned on visit-dubai.co.uk .

What is the latest news regarding the Hydra developments? Are they ALL on stop with him in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi ??

If so, Hydra is going to get a very BAD reputation abroad. Investors need to be able to TRUST developers. Otherwise, the news will travel like wildfire and no-one will buy anything from Sulaiman al Fahim.
You cannot leave a multi-storey building half finished. That's why it is better to build villas one small section at a time instead of high-rise apartments. Then you have a chance to sell them off to finance the next lot of villas.

High -rise blocks are a HUGE gamble !! Of course, the profits are bigger if they come off !!
