well I have some good news and bad news.
The good news that yes there is a youth hostel here in dubai, but the bad news is that I am not sure if they can be contacted easily !! your best solution would be to go directly to them once u reach here and try !! that's my suggestion !! but a piece of advice don't depend on that much !! I mean the youth hostel in dubai, it is not like europe !
why are you coming here and wha do you plan to do I might be able to help you !!
btw: I am not turksih, but I have been there for like 8-9 times, and I speak some turkish !!
