| Anyone could advise on serious/dedicated/knowledgeable/experienced yoga teacher in Dubai ? I am looking for a teacher capable of teaching "advanced" classes, not fun/aerobics/want to get thin/fashionable classes, but rather genuine yoga practice (whatever the underlying style, hopefully his/her own, not any fancy new approach to sell) :roll: . | I haven't been yet, but there is yoga at Fitness First at Ibn Battuta. They have a range of instructors. They also just introduced Pilates. I'm trying the yoga class in the next few days possibly. |

| Try Azita in Jumeirah (Wasl). Her mobile is 050 7195658. She is a Iyengar yoga teacher and the only I met who teaches yoga - she spent years with BKS Iyengar in Pune - I found her experienced and she teaches yoga, not "fitness type, I feel good, let's get in shape" classes. Good luck ! |
