Working in Jumeriah Beach - where should we live?

Hi We are an Irish family and will be moving to Dubai in June this year (me, my wife and 7 month old daughter). I will be working in the Jumeriah Beach area but we are not sure which community would be best for us to live in. We can spend up to a max of 175,000 AED per year on rent and if possible would like 3 bedrooms. Can anyone recommend the best place for us to live? Thanks

Thanks mate, you can live just next to your work... the average villas in Al Wasel Road and Um Suqqaim area (which are considered in Jumairah) is between 150k to 200k as I have many friends who lives in that area. so you will not have a problem finding apartments or villas. good luck and welcome to Dubai
