Not shopping (can do at home - and people travel to my hometown to do just that)
Nightlife (not in the "club", "drink till you drop" sort of way - midnight is the limit while on vacation).
No beaches either (except as an incidental fringe benefit). |

| when i travel its all on for young and old... i usually need a vacation after my overseas vacations...
i did 4 countries in 2 weeks once, i think i slept a total of 5 days during that - my systems were shutting down by the end of it, but id do it all again in a heartbeat :D |

| I travel for business, so my perfect holiday is sitting at home for a couple of days. During my free time on trips I like to see beautifull nature and meet new interesting people. I like learning about cultures and other ways of living (old and new), but looking at old stones doesn´t do it for me. |

I'm looking first to the quality of the food. I like to try different foreign foods and styles of cuisines. Paris is certainly the best place on earth to try a very wide range of cuisines. And the choice of gastronomic restaurants is amazing there. Just look at this selection of chefs and restaurants :
