I have my resume to the best of ability and have gotten everythin ... etc.. 1) Wht are the recruiters lookin for in the resume of a fresh graduate????? | If i was hiring a fresh graduate i would be most interested in the senior project and his/her involvment in school life (clubs, organizations, etc .. ) since i beleive those are the two things that are closest to the real life while you are in college. |

| I look for whether the candicate has any relevant practical experience - internships etc shows initiative. GPA is not always an indication of position fit. Personality, confidence and charisma weigh more in an interview than academic abilities alone. Remember that the learning doesn't stop after you have that piece of paper in hand. Professional development is an ongoing requirement in today's business world. |
