| I recently had a bad experience with a shipping firm, my package has not reached the recipient until now (over 3 weeks!) i paid a lot for a fast delivery (1 week). When i complained they gave a lot of excuses and was even very impolite instead of being apologetic. I'd like to file a formal complaint , where should i go? thanks |

| There is no Better Business Bureau or anything like that, that I'm aware of. I do however feel your pain I overnighted a letter to Madrid once that took 4.5 weeks :shock: :shock: :shock:I used FedEX |

threat to sue them, and ask them to return the fees of fast shipment, and consider it as a normal one !!! BTW U will be lucky if it didn't get lost !!! A final word, be Agressive sometimes, from my experience u have to be mean sometimes to get what u want and in ur case the service u paid for, otherwise they will just ignore u. I know it sounds strange, but it is sadly true. :evil: :evil: :evil: |
