| Hey All, It might seem like a silly question, however everywhere I've looked you appareantly cannot buy just a plain old video recorder anymore. You have to purchase a DVD/Video combo unit. I already have a DVD player so do not need another one, but the old vid has packed up and for the life of me I can't find anywhere that sells them. Any suggestions? |

| If you don't mind a used one, there are electronic stores in the Nasser Sq/Naif area that sell them. I bought my DVD/VCR combo from one of them. |

| Choco have you considered converting all your old vids to DVD ? its a better format to store them in for the long run anyway. |

| Maaad, Nice idea, but we use it for recording the tv shows over night after we go to bed, so use the same tape every day, then watch them the next night you see. It's not really for watching vids that we have, it's the recording from the telly we use it for. |
