I am presently working for a Dubai Airport Free Zone company as an Engineer since January 2007. I have been offered a job in another Dubai Airport Free Zone Company with the same designation. I am not into sales or marketing. I would like to know the following details before I submit my resignation to the present employer.
1. Is NOC a must for joining in the new company?
2. Will I be banned by Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA) if I fail to secure a NOC from Present employer?
3. Should I disclose the name of the New employer to the present employer at any time?
4. What is the minimum notice period should I give to the present employer?
