Burj Al Arab has a ballroom and a restaurant/bar at the top floor, but you need to book for a showround there or have a reservation at the bar and/or restaurant to gain access Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel has a bar on the top floor, no need for a reservation as long as the dress code is acceptable (No t-shirts and such) |
