| I started to look for a job, I have been sending lots of resumes to newspapers ads, I t's been almost 3 weeks and no calls, only one guy to tell me he would call me back for an interview, but so far nothing, and I cant reach him....I am an engineer (woman) with masters in Automation Engineering (Electrical/instrumentation) from Canada sponsored by my husband. I have more than 5years experience.
I wan to be more proactive, what is the best way to approach employment agencies??. Going there, sending the CV??, what works best??
Should I go in person to companies??, who should I ask for??, what is the best way to do it???
Anyone can share some tips or suggestions?
