| I love making my own sushi. Are there good places to pick up rolling mats, ingredients such as nori, good short-grained rice and wasabi, and most importantly, fresh off the plane sashimi-quality Norwegian salmon? Also, if you know anyone who supplies the sushi restaurants, I'd be really pleased.  |

| Try Abela supermarkets, they have shelves just for Japanese products (nori, rice, noodles, roe, etc) and sushi-grade fish (usually salmon and tuna). The fish counter will even prepare a slab for you if you wish so. Good luck! |
