| I want to stay in the Madinat but would probably hate their overpriced restuarants. Are there any fast food outlets in the souk or nearby on the road? Or any alternative eateries near there? What are you opinions of the Madinat as far as a romantic holidays go? |

| Mall of the Emirates (short taxi ride) has a food court. |

| Yes but it is still a bit out of way to go for a snack. I was hoping there would be something just outside or in the Madinat souk. |

| I guess there is a starbucks, japengo, trader vics, busters, dome cafe, noodle house .. are all in the souk madinat jumeirah and will be cheaper than the restaurants in the hotel .. |

| stayed there quite a few times. Nope to cheap places to eat nearby without a taxi ride. You stay in 5* you pay 5* i am affraid, hotels along Jumeira dont do "cheap". |
