| Just an FYI to everyone who ever tried calling 04-391-9800 the Sony Ericsson DIC office. If you ever want to speak to anyone there or get anything across the secratary good luck cause all you'll get is everyone is in a meeting whatever time you call and bottom line you leaving a msg will never get called back. | smartd, doesn't it depend on what you are calling about? If it is about their phones and they have a customer care line, then that is where you should call. Trying to talk to people from the actual business offices might definitely end up in you getting the run-around if they have a dedicated service for customer care. |
