| May be asked to join a local small firm and just wondering what would be an acceptable package for a senior lawyer. Please make suggestions as I have no where to begin -
I would be coming with my spouse who will seek work there and my daughter who is 1. Will be hiring help until she is two and then look into montessori's.
Please offer any suggestions as to a "normal" package - I was thinking anywhere b/w 25- 50K a month inclusive of housing/transportation. Is that fair? The office is in the DFIC so I would need family-oriented top-notch accomodation close by. |
