Residential area close to JAFZA

hi, Pls advise residential places close to JAFZA, i would be coming to Dubai on 27th Feb and eventually moving around April. Would appreciate it someone could help me with the rentals for 1bhk or 2bhk in areas close to JAFZA. Tks Shivi
