| I'm currently living in Spain although have been offered a job with a real estate company in Dubai and I'm very tempted to accept the offer. However, before making any rash decisions, I was wondering just how lucrative the market is right now? How about the general atmosphere in Dubai? I know it's cosmopolitan, which suits me well but how relaxed is it there? Is it full of glamorous bars and restaurant or is there an alternative side..? Any good parties for instance? I'd appreciate any comments, views and experiences offered. Karen |

I am gonna answer you from the real estate agent presepctive. Its very lucrative. This is a very young market with little supply and huge demand. This is not going to change for another year or so. Still i dont see a huge crash or any doomsday of that sort. But instead a correction a cooling off and hopefully a more mature market. Natural things in a young market.
Its a thriving city with lots to do and a diverse makeup. How you view the city will be very different based on many factors so i will save my opinion and just recommend you come visit for a couple of weeks before you make a decision to move here.
