| Does anyone have any suggestions on recruiters who specialize in real estate finance and development placements? Also, is it appropriate to work with more than one recruiter? Lastly, is it OK for a candidate to offer a recruiter a gift or bonus if he does in fact place you? I was thinking of offering the first recruiter who places me I would give either a nice gift or cash. Thanks, AL |
