| I have come to know expats can now buy property in Ajman on ownership basis called "malkiah". Is it really "ownership basis" or is it just like leasehold property (misquoted as freehold) offered in Dubai?Are there clear laws about that or this too is going on without a law yet as in case of freehold in dubai? |
