| Gluten/Wheat free mostly you will have to go to organic cafe - one in the greens and one in Al Satwa. However spinneys does stock some items like Kallo. you may just have to change your diet here cos things arent cheap i.e. loaf of GF/WF Bread 22dhs packet of pasta 20dhs |

| Hmm.. organic cafe is good, but there are still lots of things I couldn't find, watercress was one of them.. think I'll bring my bread maker.. thanks. |
