Don't know what to say.. there have been just too many cases like this in the past times in the so-called holy land... 2 Indonesian Maids Beaten to Death (6th August) Lawyer Wants Probe Against Rapist of Indonesian Maid (1st August) Rape, abuse, harassments... those are the truth of what happen in Saudi Arabia.

I agree xty, the same thing happens to Filipinos there. I remember an outcry of Filipinos appealing to the Philippine government to do something about the "beheading" verdict to a filipino, who killed a Pakistani taxi driver. The Filipino killed the Pakistani who's trying to rape him. It was a self-defense, but the law is different in KSA.

I just don't get SA. It's a weird place. I still cannot get over the story of the girls dieing in a burning school building because the religious police would not let them out without wearing an abaya.

It's more tribal law than Islamic law really. Cutlures have twisted religion for their own purposes for centuries now.
