This model (Nataliya Gotsii) upstaged a recent Paris fashion show due to her skeletal frame which is unusual even in the ultra thin world of fashion models. She is obviously not this extremely skinny by nature - see a "before" picture of her below where she was a size 2. By the looks of her she's now a size -0 and possibly suffering from an eating disorder.

| I feel sorry for those people. My personal trainer tells me that there are girls who are underweight and want to lose more. She said she tried to explain that it is not healthy and can mess their system up but they do not understand. The media has put a lot of pressure on been so thin, it does not affect only celebrity but also the public who are obsessed with them. |

| How can anyone find that attractive or healthy. Not only that, do the designers seriously think their clothes look good hanging off a skeleton? Well when Karl Lagerfeld famously said he'd rather send skeletons down the catwalk than a fat girl, clearly the fashion and entertainment worlds have a warped sense of what looks good and healthy.
I say yay to the recent fashion shows who refused to send underweight girls down the catwalk. |
