| I have a couple of questions about recruiters:
1.) When I land in Dubai, will I best be served by going through recruiters to find a job or by cold calling myself? I have an MBA, 7 years experience, and my background is real estate and real estate finance.
2.) If recruiters are in fact a good conduit, what are your thoughts on if I want to give a recruiter a 1,000 pound bonus out of my pocket (and in addition to his fee paid by my company) after I have been on the job, say, 30 days?
Thoughts? Suggestions? Too little dough? |
