If there is anyone who works in the hospitality industry and can advise me on the offer and more importantly how much to expect in gratuities/tips I would very thankful.
1400 dirhams per month (I currently make this in one week)
2 year contract with 6 week bonus at end
6 - 9-hour days per week
shared apartment (1 roomie)
food and transportation to/from work
Airfare
1 roundtrip airline ticket during contract (I'm going to ask for 2)
Excellent working environment
40 days paid vacation per year.
I currently work in a midwestern (not much in tourism) 4-star property but can make anywhere from 200 to 800 dirhams a week ($50 to $200) in tips. Is it possible to equal that in Dubai at a Jumeirah Beach Property? Again, thank you for any imput. |
