Very similar in specs to the Jammin' and the K-Jam... Faster processor but a lower grade camera than the Jammin' and no keyboard like the K-Jam. I like the look :)

I saw this just yesterday at Computer Plaza, it was selling for 2450 before i even tried to negotiate. I like the K-jam because I like the keyboard but this is a nice looking phone. Good luck.

Fays, what about warranty issues concerning phones you buy from computer plaza? BTW, went to plugins today and now the price for the atom is 2799. Maybe I should wait a while for the price to level a bit. |

Yeah I'd be a bit worried about warranty as well, The laptop I bought came with a 3 year warranty but I've never bought a phone there and that is a valid concern.

The warranty is gauranteed by the vendor and not the shop that sells you, so there is nothing to worry about. O2 recently launched operations in the Middle East so its legit phones and you can get support from them. If you are in doubt i would give them a call just to make sure. The way those guys in Computer Plaza get bigger discounts than your Plugins, Sharaf DJ, etc .. is that they have lower costs and get good payment facilities.

Btw i would recommend the i-mate Jamin. It has internal Wifi and a great camera. Its worth the price i would say.

nice my flatmate got this one a a couple weeks ago: http://msmobiles.com/catalog/i.php/579.html I had never heard of the brand before but it's a pretty nice smart phone. As for me I am still sticking to my good ol' P900. I thought about getting the N80 but when I went to take a look at it, I just didn't like it. The screen is amazing, great camera, but its design is just... I dunno I am either going to wait for the P990 or go for the N93 which is due in July.

Its made by HTC which is the same company that makes the I-mate.

yup and i think imate's exclusive agreement with HTC in the middle east is over now so we will see lots of companies coming in. |

A friend of mine has one of these in Australia and they are most excellent. With 802.11b connectivity you can also use Skype for Pocket PC with it, which works brilliantly, so it's more than just a cell phone. With respect to warranty, I've yet to own a phone that lasts 12 months, so warranty wouldn't phase me, but YMMV.
