| I own two restaurant in The San Francisco Bayarea(California) called Cafe Grillades, I own the trademark name for Cafe Grillades and Crepes Du Monde , lately i have been looking at possible move out of the USA to Dubai and open Cafe Grillades in the UAE. I am looking for some advice to see whether this concept can work in Dubai. We do not sell alcohol which makes it hard for us here. I am assuming that in Dubai it does not make too much difference in the food industry since it is a Muslim country. If the concept can work in the UAE , i will be looking for investors to open few outlets in the UAE I have dual citizenship ( Algerian/American) Please give me your input. Samy.......had a look at your internet site, and up to my knowledge your Algerian menu is new, usually we see Morrocon food restaurants, but never a Morrocon or Algerian cafe, so Yes its a new concept...but the trick for your success is to choose the right location and good marketing....i repeat, LOCATION>>>LOCATION>>>LOCATION.
