| Hi guys i'm new to the forum , i want to move to Dubai in the near future and i was wondering if i buy a 1 or 2 BR flatt in the marina area and i will be away most of the time because i work in shipping , if i rent a flatt is there any chance to make a profit out if it or is the rent in that area higher than the average monthly payment for a real estate credit? what are the rents around there? |

| Much of marina is lying empty, if you're lucky and rent it it will pay a good income, if you don't you'll have overpaid and be caught out when the price of flats goes down as predicted. |
