Need Job in Dubai

Ladies and Gents, I am moving to Dubai in October and looking for permanent employment. Despite the fact that there seems to be very little information on the web, can anyone suggest any great recruitment agencies for financial services? Essentially looking for a Supervisory or Operations Manager level. Also, I have heard it can take quite a lot longer to find a job once you get there? Eg; in Australia it should only take you 3 to 4 weeks to get a job. I only speak English, might this pose a problem? Any advice would be helpful! Thanks Aussie Girl

Not too sure about recruitment companies out here but I am an aussie girl who has been living in Dubai for nearly 6 years and also only speak English and has never been a problem, u will find there are more expats living here than actual locals and most emiratis can speak very good english anyway!!
