Need Help Planning to come to Dubai very soon

Hello every one, this is Pavan presently in US on a project. I am working for Cisco as Business Development Manager (BDM) for North America and Australia sales. I am planning to Visit Dubai in Jan 2009 on a visit visa to check out new opportunities for me. My question to you guys is, I have a western Degree (Australian) which is like a Management (MBA)and also worked in Australia as well as in US. So is there any weight for my profile to get a job in Dubai for a managerial position? I heard that back in UAE there is lot of weightage given to people who have western qualification, is that correct? Please let me know, i would really appreciate your help. Regards, Pavan
