You're not stuck in the 80's as well are you? hahahahahahahaha Damn, one of the best era's of music ever, well, early 90's was cool as well. |

Looking back they were good years and good haircuts - and to think i used to make fun of kids who liked 'Duran Duran' and here I am totally digging them; Her name is Rio and she dances on the sand Just like that river twisting through a dusty land And when she shines she really shows you all she can Oh Rio, Rio dance across the Rio Grande |

| Hell, Duran Duran. All time classics. Talking about haircuts, lets not forget: Brian Ferry SoftCell (Marc Almond) Depeche Mode Thompson Twins Dead or Alive Flock of Seagulls (classic haircut) The band that sang "True" (two bothers who played the Kray Twins) Arggggggggggggggggggggg, damn it, i cannot remember the names of the bands!  |

| i know i am probably hijacking my own thread but do you dudes remember a band in the 80s called "5 star"? |

Mmmmmmmmmm, 5 Star! Does not ring a bell, have to admit, perhaps if i heard one of their songs, it might jog the memory banks. let me look on allofmp3.com |

| theres a song i used to listen to called "Rain or Shine" when i was a kid, i just cant find the album anywhere. ok another thread is open so we can discuss about 80's music and bands ;) http://www.dubaiforums.com/viewtopic.php?p=155582#155582 |

Dude i remember 5star. My Sis was a massive fan - she used to blast out 5star on her crappy little stereo whilst practicing the dance moves - "system addict - I never can get enough". Then our mum (bless her) would shout upstairs 'stop jumping up and down for Christs sake the neighbors will think we have got a herd of elephants up there'. Ahhh the memory s :) <BUSTS A MOVE AND THEN A FULL TURN ENDING WITH PALM STRETCHED OUT FRONT JACKO STYLE!> |
