| Hi I am looking to relocate to Dubai from the UK. I working as programmer and have 5 years experience within the IT industry. Can anyone provide tips on how I should apply for jobs? any recommended agencies? Whats the minimum wage I should be looking at per annum? as i will be moving with my wife. How is the IT industry out there? Should i be looking for extras from employers? How about visas? Sorry loads of questions but need to get the ball rolling cheers in advance Tej |

| Basically IT is fairly shot out in Dubai as the Indians who are equally as qualified will work for 1/4 the pay you would expect to earn. |

| There are quite a few IT peeps on here, but they will all say the same, the IT market for westerners is almost impossible now. Why do you think Dell and a lot of other large Brit companies have out sourced their IT and call centres to India? Speaks for itself. |
