| Get your own unlocked for a tenner in most phone shops. Then just git a sim card over here. much cheaper |

There are no contracts in Dubai. You have to purchase your own phone (or have your old phone unlocked) and then go to either DU or Etisalat and apply for a sim card. You have pre-paid and post-paid options for billing. |
