Okie, How does one make friends?? new ones.... to ones similar features. OKie mixin about in parties or however,, also how to initiate.... Am not new to dubai, and do have few friends... keep responses comin in....

every time you see someone in the street who has "similar features" to you run up to them hug them and go .. "HI FRIEND"... it works for me
