| Last night or shall I say.. morning at 2am-4am, there're these 2 thickheads driving a lambourghini wheezed around the Deira road, right infront of our apartment. It was very disturbing and we couldn't sleep all night. It seems that they were racing in this odd hours without much traffic going on. We couldn't do much coz' we are new here and don't know the laws for these late lunatic drivers.
If it happens again, whom should we complain? Dubai Police or the traffic police? Can we get the number. Is it legal to report such incidents to police?
Please suggest. They are starting again this evening, hope they won't do it again tonight....HELP!!! |
